Creamy Parmesan Baked Caesar Chicken

This creamy Parmesan baked Caesar chicken is a weeknight winner, featuring tender chicken breasts baked under a tangy, garlicky Caesar-Parmesan coating that crisps slightly.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional, panko recommended)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, stir together the Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.
  3. Lightly coat a baking dish with olive oil. Place the chicken breasts in the dish and drizzle the olive oil over them.
  4. Spoon the creamy Parmesan mixture over each chicken breast, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  5. Optionally, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the coated breasts for a crispy top.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches 165°F (75°C) at the thickest part.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy.

Notes

If watching sodium, use a low-salt Caesar dressing or reduce added salt. For dairy-free, use plant-based grated cheese and dairy-free dressing.
