Air Fryer Cauliflower

A quick and healthy air-fried cauliflower recipe that achieves crispy, caramelized edges while keeping the centers tender.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or other high-heat oil like avocado oil)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Dipping sauce of choice (optional — ranch, tahini, or a spicy mayo work well)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss thoroughly.
  3. Arrange the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary.
  4. Air fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even browning.
  5. Remove the cauliflower, taste for seasoning, and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For a smokier flavor, use smoked paprika. For a lower-fat option, use a light spray of oil instead of tossing in 2 tablespoons.
