Air Fryer Honey Butter Garlic Chicken Tenders

Crispy chicken tenders elevated with a sweet and savory honey garlic twist, made effortlessly in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken tenders
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the honey, minced garlic, black pepper, paprika, and salt until well combined.
  3. Coat each chicken tender in the honey garlic mixture thoroughly, letting the flavors absorb.
  4. Dip each tender into the breadcrumbs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with some cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  6. Place the coated chicken tenders in the basket in a single layer—don’t overcrowd them.
  7. Cook for about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
  8. Melt the butter in a small saucepan or microwave while the chicken is cooking.
  9. Drizzle the melted butter on top of the chicken before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, consider double-coating the chicken in the marinade and breadcrumbs. Adjust cooking times for different cuts of chicken.
