Almond Joy Energy Bites

Delightful no-bake snacks that combine the rich flavors of chocolate, coconut, and almonds into a wholesome treat.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Old fashioned or rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2/3 cup Peanut butter or almond butter (creamy)
  • 1/4 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Almonds (chopped or slivered)
  • 1/4 cup Coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup Flaxseed (ground)

Instructions

  1. Combine the oats, honey, peanut butter, chocolate chips, almonds, coconut, and ground flaxseed in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls, about the size of a tablespoon.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Enjoy your energy bites as a healthy snack or a quick breakfast!

Notes

They can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about one week. These bites freeze well for up to three months.
