Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub this flavorful mixture all over each chicken breast, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the seasoned chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. You’re looking for a golden-brown color and an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into it.
  7. If desired, garnish with fresh herbs for a touch of color and flavor before serving.
