A delightful and versatile spread that’s perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in, blending creamy consistency with crunchy cucumber.

Ingredients

  • 1 large English cucumber
  • 1/4 cup medium white onion
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cucumber by peeling and chopping it.
  2. Combine the chopped cucumber, white onion, hot sauce, and kosher salt in a food processor.
  3. Pulse the mixture until it is finely chopped.
  4. Add in the cream cheese and sour cream, then blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Adjust the consistency by adding more sour cream if needed.
  6. Serve chilled with pumpernickel toast or as a dip for veggies, chips, or crackers.
