Christmas Stuffed Mushrooms

Delightful bite-sized stuffed mushrooms filled with creamy cheese and herbs, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 10 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms gently and remove the stems—set the caps aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well blended.
  4. Generously stuff each mushroom cap with the creamy filling.
  5. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet, then drizzle with olive oil for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are beautifully golden.
