Mexican White Cheese Dip

A creamy and slightly spicy cheese dip perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white queso cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Combine the white queso cheese and milk in the pan, stirring continuously until the cheese melts and reaches a smooth consistency.
  2. Add in the cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt, mixing well to ensure the spices infuse the cheese.
  3. If you like, stir in the chopped cilantro, which adds a fresh flavor to the dip.
  4. Serve this creamy dream warm, accompanied by chips or fresh veggies for dipping.

Notes

Cooking on medium heat prevents the cheese from burning. Stir constantly for a creamy texture.
