Oven-Baked Chicken Thighs

Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, these oven-baked chicken thighs are perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drizzle the chicken thighs with olive oil and season with salt and pepper or your choice of spices.
  3. Arrange the chicken thighs on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for around 20 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy skin, pat the chicken thighs dry before seasoning. Consider marinating for enhanced flavor.
