Big Mac Sliders

These Big Mac Sliders capture the essence of the beloved fast-food classic in an easy-to-make, shareable form that’s perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sliced pickles
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with the onion soup mix, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties that fit your slider buns.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 4 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through.
  5. On a baking sheet, lay down the bottom halves of the slider buns.
  6. Top each bun with a cooked patty, a slice of cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, and pickle slices.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard, and generously spread on the top halves of the buns.
  8. Place the top bun halves on top of the assembled sliders.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
  10. Serve warm, and enjoy!

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
