Juicy Big Mac sliders encapsulate the flavors of the iconic burger in a fun, shareable format perfect for casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 small slider buns
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Sliced pickles
  • Big Mac sauce (or a mix of mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, and mustard)
  • Sliced tomato (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until thoroughly blended.
  3. Shape the seasoned mixture into 8 small patties.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked.
  5. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt perfectly.
  6. Assemble your sliders by placing each patty on a bun, adding shredded lettuce, pickles, and a generous dollop of Big Mac sauce.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy these delightful sliders at your next get-together.
