Big Mac Sliders

Delicious mini versions of the iconic Big Mac, perfect for sharing at gatherings or casual dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 6 slices of American cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Pickles
  • Lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef along with the diced onions. Season with salt and pepper until fully browned.
  3. Layer the cooked beef mixture generously onto the slider buns.
  4. Top each slider with a slice of American cheese, allowing it to melt into the meat.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes, or until the cheese is perfectly melted.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, and yellow mustard to create your special sauce.
  7. Once the sliders are out of the oven, add pickles and lettuce, then drizzle your homemade sauce on top.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
