Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs in Oven

A simple and flavorful recipe for juicy boneless skinless chicken thighs, perfect for busy weeknights or family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and trim off any excess fat.
  4. Rub the olive oil evenly over both sides of the chicken thighs.
  5. Season the thighs with garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  6. Arrange the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
