Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
  • Chocolate chips or nuts for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and milk.
  2. If using, stir in the Greek yogurt for a creamier texture.
  3. Mix everything together thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Divide the mixture into individual jars or containers, cover them, and place them in the refrigerator to chill overnight.
