Bruschetta Dip

A vibrant and hearty Bruschetta Dip that blends classic Italian flavors into a creamy, shareable dip – perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 6.5 oz Alouette Cheese with herbs (or a similar soft cheese spread like Boursin)
  • ½ cup fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction
  • Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

  1. Spread the Alouette cheese evenly in the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving a 1/4 inch clean around the edge.
  2. Evenly sprinkle and spread the chopped tomatoes over the cheese layer.
  3. Add fresh basil on top of the tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle the balsamic glaze generously over the entire plate.
  5. Serve alongside pita chips, crackers, or thin slices of baguette for dipping.

Notes

To store leftovers, transfer the dip into an airtight container and refrigerate for 2-3 days. For a creamier texture, let the cheese sit at room temperature before spreading.
