Bruschetta Dip

A delightful dip that combines the classic flavors of Italian bruschetta into a fresh and creamy appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (6.5 oz) Alouette Cheese with herbs
  • ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction
  • Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette

Instructions

  1. Spread the soft cheese evenly over the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving about a 1/4 inch around the edge empty.
  2. Sprinkle and spread the chopped tomatoes evenly over the cheese.
  3. Add the fresh basil on top of the tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle the balsamic glaze back and forth over the entire plate.
  5. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or spread on thinly sliced baguette.

Notes

Consider layering additional toppings, like feta or chili flakes. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days.
