Bruschetta Dip

An easy-to-make bruschetta dip that combines traditional flavors into a creamy, vibrant appetizer perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 (6.5 oz) Alouette Cheese with herbs (or other soft cheese spread like Boursin)
  • ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction
  • Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette

Instructions

  1. Evenly spread the soft cheese across the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving a 1/4 inch edge around the outside.
  2. Sprinkle the chopped tomatoes on top of the cheese, spreading them evenly.
  3. Add the chopped basil, distributing it over the tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle the balsamic glaze across the entire plate.
  5. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or as a spread on thin slices of baguette.

Notes

Store any unused dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat only what you intend to consume.
