Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Delicious Buffalo Chicken Sliders with a perfect balance of heat and creaminess, made with shredded chicken, spicy buffalo sauce, and melty cheese on sweet Hawaiian rolls.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 sweet Hawaiian rolls
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional for garnish)
  • Butter for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, mixing well.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously on top of the chicken.
  6. Drizzle ranch dressing over the cheese, then carefully place the top halves of the rolls back on.
  7. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter for that golden finish.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with green onions if using, and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, ensure the shredded chicken is moist to prevent the sliders from drying out. Feel free to customize with additional toppings like diced jalapeños or BBQ sauce.
