Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Juicy sliders filled with tender chicken in spicy buffalo sauce and topped with cheese, all nestled in sweet Hawaiian rolls.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
  • 12 sweet Hawaiian rolls
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional)
  • Celery sticks (for serving, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce until well combined.
  3. Place the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls in a baking dish fitting closely together.
  4. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the rolls.
  5. Generously sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chicken.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls on the cheese.
  7. Brush the tops of the rolls with ranch dressing, if desired.
  8. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  10. Slice into sliders and serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing.

Notes

Can be made with rotisserie chicken for convenience. Leftovers can be wrapped tightly and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
