  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season both sides of the chicken breast with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and slice.
  5. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in heavy cream, stir, and bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken, tossing everything together.

Notes

Let the chicken rest before slicing for juiciness. For extra spice, add crushed red pepper flakes while cooking the chicken.
