Cheesy Beef and Sausage Sliders

Delicious sliders loaded with cheesy goodness and savory beef and sausage, perfect for gatherings and game day.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: pickles, mustard, or ketchup

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat over medium heat and brown the ground beef alongside the Italian sausage until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  2. Stir in the diced onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, cooking until the onions are tender.
  3. Add the cubed Velveeta cheese and continue to cook until melted and creamy.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Place slider buns on a baking sheet and scoop the beef and cheese mixture onto each bun.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the buns are lightly toasted.
  7. Serve warm with optional toppings.
