Cheesy Stuffed Garlic Bread Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 batch pizza dough
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into small squares.
  3. Place a generous amount of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch to seal, forming little rolls.
  5. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and then add the minced garlic, oregano, parsley, and salt to create a flavored butter.
  7. Brush the garlic herb butter over each roll generously.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and tempting.
