Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip

A creamy, no-bake chocolate chip cheesecake dip that’s perfect for parties, game nights, or a simple weeknight treat. Serve with graham crackers, cookies, or fruit.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted if lumpy
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (mini chips work great for even distribution)
  • Graham crackers, cookies, or strawberries for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and softened butter together until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium speed.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, then mix in the vanilla extract. Beat until everything is fully combined and silky.
  3. Gently fold in the chocolate chips with a rubber spatula to distribute evenly.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve immediately with graham crackers, cookies, or strawberries for dipping. Chill for 30–60 minutes for a firmer texture if desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half the cream cheese with mascarpone or Greek yogurt. Use vegan alternatives for a dairy-free option. Serve with warm cookies for a delightful contrast.
