Cinnamon Roll Waffles with Cream Cheese Drizzle

Delightful cinnamon roll waffles topped with a rich cream cheese drizzle, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/3 cup Brown sugar, packed light
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
  • 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups Buttermilk
  • 4 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp Milk

Instructions

  1. Start by preheating your waffle maker.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter until well-combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar, cinnamon, granulated sugar, and salt.
  4. Gradually pour the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Next, pour the batter into your preheated waffle maker and cook until golden brown and crisp.
  6. For the cream cheese drizzle, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  7. Serve your waffles warm and generously drizzle with the cream cheese mixture.
