Classic Deviled Eggs

Quick and easy classic deviled eggs that are perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 12 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbsp prepared yellow mustard
  • 3 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • Paprika to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by slicing the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Gently remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, sweet pickle relish, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the yolks.
  3. Mash everything together until smooth and well-combined.
  4. Using a spoon or piping bag, refill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  5. For a finishing touch, sprinkle paprika over the top before serving.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste! For a fancier presentation, use a piping bag with different tips.
