Copycat Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino

A homemade version of the beloved Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino, made easy with frozen ingredients for a quick refreshment.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Whipped cream (for topping)
  • 1 cup Coffee, strong (chilled)
  • 1/2 cup Milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 1/2 cups Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew a cup of strong coffee and let it cool completely. Chill in the fridge or leave it at room temperature until no longer hot.
  2. Add the cooled coffee, caramel sauce, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, milk, and ice to a blender.
  3. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and frothy, about 30–60 seconds. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed.
  4. Pour the frappuccino into a tall glass and top with a generous swirl of whipped cream.
  5. Drizzle extra caramel sauce over the whipped cream and serve right away.

Notes

Use strong-brewed coffee for a bolder flavor. You can substitute granulated sugar with maple syrup or a sugar substitute to adjust sweetness.
