Cranberry Brie Bites

Delightful bite-sized treats featuring creamy brie cheese and tangy cranberry sauce wrapped in buttery crescent rolls, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • Fresh thyme or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut it into squares. Place each square into a greased mini muffin tin.
  3. Cut the brie into small pieces. Place one piece into each crescent roll cup.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce with the orange zest and sugar, if using.
  5. Spoon a small amount of the cranberry mixture over the brie in each cup.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  8. Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley, if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free crescent roll dough. For a dairy-free option, try non-dairy cheese that melts well. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
