Cranberry Cream Cheese Crescent Bites

A delightful blend of creamy, sweet, and tart flavors wrapped in flaky crescent rolls, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Unroll crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half.
  4. Press the dough into the mini muffin cups to form little cups.
  5. Spoon in about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese filling into each cup, followed by a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  6. If desired, sprinkle with chopped pecans or orange zest.
  7. Bake for 11-13 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These bites can be served warm or at room temperature, and leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
