Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and butter. Blend with a hand mixer until smooth.
Add the light brown sugar, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well incorporated.
Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Chill the dip in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes.
Transfer to a serving bowl and optionally sprinkle additional mini chocolate chips on top. Serve with dippers like graham crackers, fresh fruit, and pretzels.
Notes
For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese or a vegan butter substitute. Make sure to chill before serving for the best flavor.
