Creamy Garlic Chicken

A delightful and comforting dish that combines tender chicken with a luscious garlic-parmesan cream sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook each side until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, careful not to let it burn.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it well in the creamy sauce.
  8. Let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes to meld the flavors.
