Creamy Oven-Baked Chicken Thighs

Juicy and tender chicken thighs baked in a rich and creamy garlic and Parmesan sauce, perfect for a comforting dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Generously season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken thighs and sear them until golden brown, approximately 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. Once browned, remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  6. Add the minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  7. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  8. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  9. Return the chicken thighs to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top.
  10. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
