Creamy Taco Soup

A hearty, creamy taco soup that’s easy to make and perfect for chilly evenings. Bursting with flavors and ideal for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can black beans or pinto beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat and drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, cooking until they soften.
  3. Stir in the beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes to develop flavors.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and heat through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot!

Notes

Garnish with shredded cheese, fresh cilantro, or sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips for a crunch.
