Crispy Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Combine the mayonnaise, garlic powder, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Coat each chicken breast evenly with the mayonnaise mixture.
  4. Mix the panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese in a shallow dish.
  5. Dredge the mayonnaise-coated chicken in the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, then arrange the chicken pieces inside.
  7. Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken.
  8. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  9. Serve hot alongside roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
