Crispy Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Chicken

A quick and delicious air fryer chicken recipe with a crispy parmesan crust, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 olive oil spray
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine Panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Spray the chicken breasts lightly with olive oil, then coat each breast in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
