Crispy Chile Ground Beef and Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the cauliflower florets on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, tossing to coat evenly.
  4. Bake the cauliflower for 20-25 minutes, or until it’s golden and crispy.
  5. Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat, cook the seasoned ground beef until it’s fully browned and cooked through.
  6. Serve the crispy beef over the baked cauliflower and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
