Oven-Baked Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • Boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Dried thyme or oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme or oregano until well blended.
  3. Generously coat the chicken thighs with the spice mixture, ensuring every piece is covered.
  4. Arrange the chicken thighs on a baking sheet.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
  6. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving to let those juices settle.

Notes
