Crock Pot Angel Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces angel hair pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream of chicken soup and the Italian salad dressing mix in your slow cooker; stir until well blended.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker, ensuring they are thoroughly coated with the creamy mixture.
  3. Cover the slow cooker and set it to low; cook for 4 to 6 hours until the chicken is fork-tender.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to the package instructions.
  5. Once the chicken has finished cooking, stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
