Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 1½ pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 5 tablespoons butter, cut into pads

  2. Sprinkle the onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt evenly over both sides.
  3. Gently toss the beef to coat it evenly in the seasoning, ensuring it’s kept separate from the potatoes.
  4. Add the chopped garlic on top of both the meat and potatoes.
  5. Place the butter pads over the entire mixture.
  6. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours.
  7. Once it’s done, spoon the flavorful garlic butter sauce from the bottom over the beef and potatoes.
  8. Serve hot and relish this delicious dish!

Notes

For richer flavor, sear the beef before slow cooking. Feel free to add vegetables like carrots or bell peppers.
