High Protein Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef Bites

A comforting slow cooker recipe featuring tender beef simmered in garlic butter, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds beef stew meat
  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In your slow cooker, combine the beef stew meat and cubed potatoes.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until it’s fragrant—about a minute.
  3. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, along with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour this delicious garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes, then stir gently to combine everything.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours until the beef is wonderfully tender.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For best flavor, let the beef marinate in the butter and garlic mixture for a few hours before cooking. Different slow cookers may vary in cooking time, so check for tenderness before serving.
