Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

A comforting dish with layers of cheesy ravioli, rich beefy sauce, and melted cheese, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (24 oz) pasta sauce
  • 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it’s fully browned. Drain the excess fat.
  2. Stir in the pasta sauce along with the garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Lightly grease your slow cooker and start by spreading a thin layer of the meat sauce at the bottom.
  4. Layer half of the frozen ravioli over this initial sauce.
  5. Pour on half of the remaining meat sauce and sprinkle with half of each cheese (mozzarella and cheddar).
  6. Repeat the layers one more time, finishing with a generous topping of cheese.
  7. Cover and let it cook on low for 4-5 hours or until everything is heated through and the cheese has melted.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy the fabulous combination of flavors!

Notes

Feel free to substitute ground turkey for beef or use vegetable ravioli for a meat-free option. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days or frozen for up to three months.
