Easy Baked Chicken Thighs

Juicy, crispy, and packed with flavor, these Easy Baked Chicken Thighs are perfect for a quick weeknight meal or an impressive dish for guests.

Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Chicken thighs (Bone-in, skin-on)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken thighs completely dry with paper towels.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over each thigh and rub thoroughly.
  3. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  4. Sprinkle the spice mix evenly over both sides of the thighs, pressing gently.
  5. Place the seasoned thighs skin-side up on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Preheat your oven to 425°F and roast for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Enjoy while the skin is crispy and the meat is tender.
