Easy California Turkey Club Wrap

A delightful twist on the classic turkey club sandwich, this portable wrap is perfect for picnics or quick office lunches.

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 slices of turkey breast
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup of lettuce, shredded
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread a generous layer of mayonnaise over each flour tortilla.
  2. Layer the turkey slices evenly on top of the mayonnaise.
  3. Add the cooked bacon slices for crunch.
  4. Place the avocado slices, followed by the shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
  5. Season everything with salt and pepper.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides to secure the filling.
  7. Slice the wrap in half for easy handling and serve immediately.

Notes

Wrap leftovers in plastic wrap or place in an airtight container to refrigerate for up to 2 days.
