Easy Crock Pot Crack Chicken

A creamy and savory slow-cooked chicken dish that’s perfect for busy weeknights or casual get-togethers.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 block cream cheese (8 oz), softened
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
  3. Add the softened cream cheese on top.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 6-7 hours or high for 4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks.
  6. Stir in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese until well blended.
  7. Let it cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  8. Serve topped with freshly chopped green onions.
