Easy Mango Salsa

A fresh and vibrant mango salsa that adds a splash of color and flavor to any meal, perfect for summer cookouts or as a refreshing dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe Mango
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • A handful of fresh Coriander
  • Juice of 1 Lemon

Instructions

  1. Start by dicing the ripe mango, cucumber, and red onion into small, even pieces.
  2. Chop the fresh coriander finely to unlock its aromatic oil.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the diced mango, cucumber, red onion, and chopped coriander.
  4. Drizzle the mixture with fresh lemon juice and gently toss everything together for an even coating.
  5. Serve immediately on tacos, burritos, or simply enjoyed as a side.
