Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillets, skin removed
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, olive oil, garlic, and ginger to create a marinade.
  4. Toss the salmon cubes in the marinade and let them sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.

  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh green onions and sesame seeds.
  7. Serve warm as a delightful snack or appetizer.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, replace salmon with marinated tofu. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
