Pico de Gallo

A vibrant and fresh classic Mexican salsa perfect for tacos, grilled meats, or chips.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 4 Ripe Roma tomatoes
  • 1 Serrano pepper
  • 1/2 Medium White onion
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lime juice

Instructions

  1. Start by dicing the tomatoes, onion, and Serrano pepper finely; the smaller, the better for a nice texture.
  2. Mince the garlic and chop the fresh cilantro.
  3. In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, onion, Serrano pepper, garlic, and cilantro.
  4. Squeeze in the fresh lime juice and mix everything well to combine.
  5. For the best flavor, let it sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the ingredients to meld together beautifully.
  6. Serve your vibrant Pico de Gallo with tacos, chips, or grilled meats for a delicious punch!

Notes
