Garlic Butter Baked Chicken Breast

A juicy chicken breast dish enveloped in a rich garlic butter sauce, combining comfort and convenience for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the melted butter with minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and dried thyme until well mixed.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the top, ensuring they are coated evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
  6. Just before serving, garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

Notes

For best results, allow chicken to sit at room temperature before cooking and avoid skipping the resting time after baking.
