Garlic Butter Baked Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, dried rosemary, and lemon juice.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over them, ensuring they are well-coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
