Garlic Butter Baked Chicken Breast

An easy and flavorful dish featuring chicken breasts baked in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for any weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika until combined.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a spacious baking dish. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the top of the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked through.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the garlic butter mixture for a couple of hours before baking. You can use olive oil instead of butter for a lighter option.
