Garlic Butter Baked Chicken Breast

A quick and easy garlic butter chicken dish that transforms a weeknight meal into a gourmet experience.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt the butter over medium heat in a small saucepan. Once melted, add the minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  3. Arrange the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is generously coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving if desired.

Notes

Let the chicken sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before cooking for even cooking.
